With a background in anatomy and kinesiology and a foundation of yoga rooted from Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga, the yoga instruction is an integration of body and mind awareness, creative and fun play and overall personal wellness.
Primarily teaching Gentle, Yin, Restorative and Therapeutic styles of Yoga to my private clients, I customize sequences based on the individuals abilities. Working with a lot of athletes who already have strong cardio workout in their routines, I find low impact stretching and deep holds offer amazing benefits for chronically tight muscles and overstressed nervous systems.
Creating fun and dynamic workshops from Yin Yoga Hip Flow, Yin + Meridians, Yoga for Bicyclists to Open Your Heart Restorative, I am always expanding my love for yoga and finding new ways to reach all kinds of people.
As an adventure lover, you will also find me planning my next yoga and adventure retreat for I find that when you can unplug from your every day life and take the time for yourself to truly connect to nature, the sense of peace and bliss you receive from this is truly remarkable.

Crystal Bowls: One-to-Two Times a month Sundays 4-5pm with Sorah Laya and Drew Larman
Crystal bowls resonate with the liquid crystal substances in each cell in the human body. These sounds act as an internal massage that can help align you with the source that is at the core of your being. When we surrender to the sound of the bowls we become free.
Sorah Laya is an natural sound healer and radiates love and compassion wherever she goes. Her sound healing classes happen bi-monthly at Studio 1084.
Drew combines crystal bowls with a guided yoga practice and feels that when we use our physical temples combined with the meditative sound of the bowls, our consciousness, health and well being becomes easier to manage and experience. Drew is 200 yoga certified with the yoga alliance, reiki practitioner and former hockey player. Drew is a gentle, soft spoken and fun-loving man.
